Terms of Service — MDS Meta Ads AI Operator

1. Service. MDS Meta Ads AI Operator ("the app") provides dashboards, AI-assisted analysis and approval-based management of Meta advertising accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
2. Your authority. You confirm that you are authorised to connect each ad account and Facebook Page you use with the app.
3. Approval of changes. The app never changes your ads, budgets or campaigns without your explicit approval of each proposed change.
4. You remain responsible for:

- the content of your ads,

- your ad spend,

- compliance with Meta's Advertising Policies and applicable law.

1. AI output. AI analysis and recommendations are decision support only. They do not guarantee results, and you should review them before acting.
2. Availability. The service is provided "as is". We may change or suspend features, especially where Meta platform capabilities change.
3. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, MDS is not liable for:

- indirect losses,

- lost profits,

- ad spend resulting from changes you approved.

1. Termination. You may stop using the app and disconnect your Meta account at any time.
2. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
